True Form USA – Calibration & Testing Services

1. What types of instruments do you calibrate?

We provide NIST-traceable calibration and testing for pressure gauges, analog/digital calipers, thermocouples (Type J & K), and torque wrenches. Additional instruments may be supported upon request—please contact us to confirm.

2. Do I need to contact you before placing an order?

Yes. To ensure that our calibration standards match the specific ranges and requirements of your instruments, we ask all customers to email us before checkout. This helps us confirm compatibility and avoids unnecessary shipping or delays.

3. How do I place an order?

  • First, email us with details about your instrument(s) and required calibration ranges.
  • Once we confirm compatibility, you may proceed to checkout directly through our website.
  • After checkout, ship your instrument(s) securely to our facility (we will provide shipping instructions).

4. Who is responsible for shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping. We recommend insuring instruments for their full replacement value. Return shipping charges are calculated and added at checkout based on package size, weight, and destination.

5. What happens if my instrument cannot be adjusted?

If an instrument cannot be adjusted, it will be returned with “As Found” results documented on the calibration certificate. Service fees still apply, as they cover the testing and reporting process.

6. How long does calibration take?

Typical turnaround time is 10–15 business days from receipt of your instrument on most basic procedures. Rush services may be available upon request. Please note that turnaround times are estimates and may vary based on service demand or instrument complexity.

7. Do you provide data with calibration?

By default, all calibrations are performed as a multi-point verification without detailed data reporting. If data is required, it may be added at $25 per test point, provided it is requested before service begins.

8. What kind of certificates do you issue?

We issue Calibration Certificates that include traceability to NIST standards, measurement results, and “As Found/As Left” conditions where applicable. These documents are suitable for compliance audits and quality management systems.

9. Do you accept returns or refunds?

Because calibration is a labor-based service, refunds are only issued in cases of billing error or duplicate payment. Please review our full Refund & Service Policy for details.
