These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the True Form USA website and services. By submitting instruments for calibration or using our website, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Services Provided
True Form USA specializes in instrument calibration, testing, and verification services. We do not sell retail products. Services are performed at our facility in Sheridan, Wyoming, using NIST-traceable and ISO-compliant standards.
2. Service Requests & Pre-Approval
Before submitting instruments or payments, customers are encouraged to contact True Form USA to confirm compatibility, specifications, and turnaround expectations.
- Checkout on the website is provided for convenience, but all services require prior approval.
- True Form USA reserves the right to decline service requests if equipment is outside our testing scope or specifications.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Service fees are listed on our website or quoted in writing.
- Payments are due at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Fees cover labor, expertise, and use of calibration equipment, regardless of outcome, unless otherwise specified.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping, handling, and insurance costs unless otherwise agreed.
4. Refunds, Cancellations & Re-Checks
- Refunds are governed by our Refund & Service Policy, available on our website.
- Cancellations may be subject to fees depending on timing.
- Instruments that fail calibration will not incur service charges beyond agreed evaluation/diagnostic fees, and customers will be notified of repair/replacement options.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By submitting instruments to True Form USA, you agree to:
- Provide accurate details about the equipment, condition, and required specifications.
- Package instruments securely and insure shipments against loss or damage.
- Accept responsibility for damages, loss, or delays caused by improper packaging or carrier mishandling.
6. Certificates & Records
- All calibration certificates and service records are issued in digital and/or paper format.
- Certificates remain the property of True Form USA until all fees are paid in full.
- Customers are responsible for maintaining copies; however, True Form USA retains records for a minimum of seven (7) years for compliance purposes.
- Access to certificates will also be available via our secure Customer Portal (launching soon).
7. Limitations of Liability
- True Form USA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
- Liability is limited to the direct cost of the service performed.
- We do not guarantee that calibration will extend instrument life, restore faulty equipment, or prevent future malfunction.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on the True Form USA website (text, images, policies, branding) is owned by or licensed to True Form USA.
- You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without prior written permission.
9. Privacy & Data Use
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
- Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Changes to Terms
True Form USA may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
