Welcome to True Form USA. By accessing our website or using our calibration and testing services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order or sending instruments for service.


1. Scope of Services

  • True Form USA provides calibration and accuracy verification services for gauges, thermocouples, calipers, torque wrenches, and related instruments.
  • Services are performed for accuracy verification and compliance purposes only.
  • Certificates of Calibration are issued where applicable.
  • Results do not guarantee instrument performance beyond the conditions tested.

2. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers are responsible for:
    • Selecting the appropriate calibration service for their instrument.
    • Ensuring equipment is shipped in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition.
    • Proper handling, maintenance, and safe use of instruments after calibration.
  • Unsafe or unserviceable instruments may be returned untested at the customer’s expense.

3. Shipping & Insurance

  • Customers are responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping costs.
  • Customers must insure shipments for full replacement value.
  • True Form USA is not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged items in transit.
  • Customers should contact us for shipping quotes and packaging guidance prior to shipment.

4. Turnaround Times

  • Estimated turnaround times are provided for customer convenience but are not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to service volume, instrument complexity, or condition of equipment.

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing covers service labor, regardless of calibration outcome.
  • Additional fees may apply for optional services (e.g., data reporting, rush service).
  • Full payment is required prior to release of instruments unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Refund & Service Policy

  • Fees are charged for services rendered and are not contingent on a pass result.
  • Refunds are generally not issued, except for billing errors.
  • Non-adjustable instruments will be returned with “As Found” results; service fees still apply.
  • Re-checks may be requested; additional charges may apply.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • True Form USA is not liable for:
    • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
    • Downtime, lost productivity, or revenue.
    • Improper or unsafe use of instruments after calibration.
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the calibration service.

8. Compliance Standards

  • Calibrations are performed with NIST-traceable standards.
  • Where applicable, procedures follow ISO, ANSI, and industry best practices.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that services meet their specific regulatory needs.

9. Modifications to Terms

True Form USA reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting.


10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.
