Our Deadweight Tester Calibration Service provides highly accurate, NIST-traceable certification for hydraulic and pneumatic deadweight testers. These precision devices are critical for pressure calibration in oil & gas, aerospace, energy, and laboratory environments, where absolute accuracy is non-negotiable.

We use primary standard reference equipment with traceability to NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) to ensure your tester performs within its original specifications.

• Complete inspection and cleaning of weights and piston-cylinder assemblies.

• Calibration across multiple pressure points (low, mid, and full range).

• NIST-traceable calibration certificate with before/after data.

• Verification of mass, area, and pressure units.

• Optional ISO/IEC 17025 accredited certification available.

Typical Calibration Ranges

• Pneumatic Testers: 0 to 1,000 psi (up to 70 bar).

• Hydraulic Testers: 0 to 30,000 psi (2,000 bar) depending on model.

Pricing

• Standard Service: Starting at $1,750 per unit (15–30 business day turnaround).

• Expedited Service: Add $500 for 10–15 day turnaround.

• On-Site Service: Quoted based on location and scope.
